Navigating Our Cliffside Home (Accessibility)
We absolutely love our rugged spot on the St Andrews cliffs, but being housed in a historic, Victorian-era building comes with a few unique challenges.
Despite our best efforts and significant recent investments, our family-owned aquarium cannot currently be modified enough to be fully wheelchair-friendly, and moving through our different marine zones does require the use of stairs. Our team is working passionately with accessibility partners to find a viable, safe solution so we can welcome absolutely everyone into the magic of the aquarium in the future!
Reduced Admission Rates
We believe in honest, fair pricing for our community. Because our unique cliffside layout creates barriers for some guests, we offer specially reduced admission rates for visitors with accessibility needs and their essential carers. Please speak to our friendly reception team upon arrival, or give us a ring before you visit, and we will do everything we can to ensure you have a brilliant experience.

Toilets & Baby Changing
We have public toilets and baby changing facilities available on-site to handle any mid-adventure emergencies for our youngest explorers!
Please note:
Due to the layout of our historic building, these facilities are accessed via a flight of stairs.
The Gift Shop
Located just next to our main entrance, our marine-themed gift shop is the ultimate treasure trove. Whether you are looking for educational games, pocket-money toys, or a cuddly meerkat to remember your visit by, we’ve got it covered.
