All visitors enter our enclosures at their own risk. There is a risk of the animals biting or scratching (they can get a bit excited around feeding times).Day tickets are included as part of the feeding experience cost; these do not need to be booked separately. Any additional people outside of the feeding experience will need to buy a day ticket.Minimum age 8 years old. Minors (age 8-16) must be accompanied by an adult to supervise - this does not require access to the enclosure, there are viewing areas to chat and take plenty of photos! The adult does not have to book an experience, just an aquarium ticket. For all animal experiences full length trousers and closed toed shoes MUST be worn. If not, admittance into the enclosure will not be permitted. There is a maximum of two people per experience. You might get dirty! The experiences take place in the animals’ habitats so there is sand, water, (and yes even poop) so dress for the occasion. People must be steady on their feet and able to manoeuvre to enter the enclosure.Gloves are provided but be prepared to handle the animal’s natural diet! This includes insects and fish. For health and safety reasons including the uneven terrain, risk of falling, and zoonotic diseases we cannot allow pregnant women or immunocompromised individuals to take part in our feeding experiences.
