Our mischievous meerkats are a massive, unexpected draw for an aquarium! They are always busy digging, playing, and standing tall on their tiptoes to keep a lookout over their sandy domain.

Did you know that meerkats have built-in sunglasses? The dark patches of fur around their eyes absorb bright light and reduce glare from the sun, helping them scan the sky for predators without squinting!
