Mind the Meerkats!

Visitors to some of Scotland’s biggest tourist attractions are being asked to “mind the meerkats” as they go about their business this month.

St Andrews Aquarium, who recently welcomed a family of meerkats into the zoo, have released 100 cuddly meerkats in some of Scotland’s most iconic locations ready for members of the public to find, giving them an exclusive opportunity to win a free trip to the Aquarium and the chance to feed the meerkats in person.

The cuddly meerkats, which pose no real threat to the public, will be tagged with a label clearly asking the members of the public who find them to “Take Me Home”.
